PREX 1000 moves east on the Elkhart & Western Railroad in Elkhart Indiana. This engine was built as a GP7 in 1950 for the Great Northern (#622). They are there at the western end of the line to switch a new customer or transload. The siding PREX 911 is on does not even show up on Google Maps as of 10/06/2019. The crossing is at the end of N Russell Industrial Parkway for those that like to view these on maps. PREX 911 is a GP9 built in 1959 for the Milwaukee Railroad. After bracketing the solo pellet hopper they moved east to the cement transload (Buzzi Unicem USA) at Corwin St. The customer is not accessible to film so I got them next at County Rd 3. Last shot of the day was crossing St Joseph River, they would not go to NS to interchange these cars.
