Today we are eating extreme mac and cheese. This is by Paula Deen... it's Paula Deen's famous recipe for 4 cheese macaroni and cheese... which includes sour cream, eggs, whole milk, 4 cheeses, and then baked with mozzarella cheese on top! This is super cheesy and extremely gooey. I know Paula Deen has said not nice things in the past but we still love her bubbly personality and her super fatty unhealthy butter inspired recipes! Southern baked macaroni and cheese is the best thing in the world, and we even add some korean fire noodle challenge spicy sauce to the mac and cheese.
