Down South is a platformer RPG where your choices affect your sanity and your sanity affects how you play.
"Deep within a societal bind to joy and pleasure is a brutal reality ridden with greed and desolation. Players will understand their own identities through the demand for decision-making, as their choices perpetually affect the protagonist’s physical and mental states. As circumstances drive you to change your desires, you can either seek refuge in slaughter or dedicate yourself to helping others. To achieve the happiness you desire you will do whatever it takes, and it doesn’t take long to learn that those who are sympathetic may not survive."
