Co-creating knowledge with communities

Finding new, inclusive ways to look at migration in co-creation with migrants and learning from their knowledge and experience. That's precisely what VU researchers Halleh Ghorashi and Elena Ponzoni are doing in their Refugee Academy: tapping into the potential of people who would otherwise be excluded from discussions about policies that affect them.

Professor Halleh Ghorashi and Dr. Elena Ponzoni of the Inclusive Knowledge research group are investigating how we as a society can better manage diversity. They focus on the experiences of migrants and refugees and how they find their place in a new environment.
