In this vlog from my Iraq Series, I share a very special and emotional day from Najaf Sharif.
After starting my vlog, we went to buy sweets for the Nikkah from a very famous and renowned sweet shop called Royal Sweets. On the way, we also needed a small speaker for Mehfil, and the shopkeeper was extremely kind, funny, and welcoming—he even helped us by booking a taxi for us.
After collecting the sweets, I returned to the hotel, changed my clothes, and then headed towards the Haram of Mola Ali (AS) where the Nikkah ceremony was held.
Qibla Peer Sahib performed the Nikkah, and then all the guests hugged each other and congratulated the newly married couple.
This vlog captures faith, love, simplicity, and the spiritual atmosphere of Najaf Sharif.
