1. To educate the students about the importance of undergoing rigorous instrument development to produce high reliability and validity.
2. To help the students to develop instruments accurately to ensure the data analysis is more straightforward and meaningful.
This structured course helps the students to:
1. Understand and apply the steps in developing the instruments in quantitative research study.
2. Develop instruments that ensure the variables being measured are reliable and valid.
