Swatching My A.Gallo Watercolours, Re-Wet Test Of Dried Tube Paints, Art Book Flip-Though & Painting

After purchasing some of A. Gallo's new tubes of watercolour paints and putting them into a palette, I was asked about their re-wetting properties.
Here, I do a bit of a comparison with the pan versions, and a couple of other brands.
I also do a quick art book flip-through, and then try copying a painting from it.
