Welcome to Day 15 of the Summer Sweat & Sculpt Challenge! 🔥
This 50-minute Power Pilates workout combines Pilates precision with strength training to help you build muscle, increase full-body strength, and sculpt a lean, toned physique — all from home.
We’ll kick things off with a feel-good warm-up, move into powerful, muscle-building Pilates sequences, and finish with a full-body stretch to help you recover and feel amazing. I’m using 5lb and 10lb dumbbells in this workout, plus optional ankle weights to level up the lower body burn — but feel free to go heavier, lighter, or weight-free based on your strength level.
🎯 This Power Pilates workout targets:
• Arms, Shoulders & Upper Body
• Abs & Deep Core
• Glutes, Hips & Thighs
• Total Body Strength, Endurance & Muscle Tone
💡 You’ve made it to Week 3! If you’re feeling stronger, this is a great time to increase resistance or add ankle weights for extra intensity. If you’re focused on consistency, using lighter weights or just bodyweight will still deliver amazing results.
Optional Equipment:
• Dumbbells (I'm using 5lb and 10lb)
• Ankle weights
