It's been a while friends!
I know I have't kept up with this channel, but this past year I've been navigating my own darkness. It's been challenging, it's been a rollercoaster, I've been through stormy weather, navigated what felt like shedding part of me that no longer fit and feeling like I've lived many lives this year!
Here, I share a short reflection on what I think darkness means. Of course, there is so much more depth and nuance to unpack here, but this time, I'm making a this video, short, cute and light (unlike my usual ha!).
