SIV Course Training – A Look at Paragliding Safety Maneuvers

I’ve recorded some of the most useful safety maneuvers and their recovery during an SIV course. This kind of training helps you practice, memorize, recognize and react to unusual flight situations, so you can respond quickly and effectively when they happen unexpectedly.

The location is stunning: Lake Garda, Italy - flying from Monte Baldo (1850 m) down to Malcesine by the lake (60 m). That gives you over 1000 meters of altitude to safely perform maneuvers over water.

This video is meant to show some of the SIV maneuvers executed by me after an SIV course with proper instructors. This is not meant to be an SIV tutorial. My training execution leaves room for improvement, so any feedback or comments are always appreciated!
