Recorded live at the Helsinki Conservatory August 2nd 1962 as part of the
World Festival of Youth and Students for Peace and Friendship.
This concert has been cast into new light by the book, Free Jazz Communism, published in 2019. Arguably the first free jazz performance in Finland and among the earliest in Nordic countries roughly coinciding with Albert Ayler's stay in Finland and Sweden and his subsequent Bird Notes recordings.
