Ever since the race of Men first awoke in the far eastern lands of Arda, Morgoth schemed and planned to corrupt them, to bring about their fall from grace. The Easterlings were one of the factions that were easily deceived by Morgoth's lies, and for the next 3 ages of Middle-Earth's history they would trouble the Free People, becoming one of the greatest enemies of Men, Elves and Dwarves!
