This bridge located in Durham, North Carolina is known as 11 foot 8 or Can Opener Bridge on YouTube.
Tall vehicles passing under this bridge did not clear it and their tops got sheared off just like a can opener.
The bridge was raised by 8 inches to make it 12 foot 4. But some vehicle still graze their tops while passing under.
I got lucky a get a video of a truck passing underneath and grazing its top while taking a small video.
