Beef Wellington and Kaiserschmarrn in a cozy cabin

We spent some time at an absurdly cozy cabin and I took the opportunity to make some delicious food.
I pretty much improvised the wellington, but here's a similar recipe:

Kaiserschmarrn:
Reagents
3 eggs
100 g flour
1 tablespoon sugar
some vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
125 mL of milk
100 g butter
raisins
Procedure:
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place each in a large bowl.
Add the sugar, salt, milk, flour and vanilla to the yolks. Stir into a batter.
Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Fold the egg whites in with the other ingredients.
Pour into a pan and cook like an omlette. When you flip, don’t worry about tearing.
Once cooked through, tear up with a fork.
