Ford Mustang GT Gr.A PinePac (1984) - 5.0L V8 N/A Engine - Actions + Onboard at Imola Classic 2018

I had the pleasure of filming this powerful 1984 Ford Mustang GT Gr. A PinePac in the Heritage Touring Cup category during the 2018 edition of Imola Classic by Peter Auto at the Imola racetrack. I have to the French Speed Connection team who provided me with their onboard which helped to complete the video with the external scenes. The car, take part in the Burthust 1000 in 1985, also competed in the Australian Touring Car Championships (ATCC) and NZTCC Touring car racing in 1985 and 1986. This Mustang took part in a WTCC race at Wellington in 1987, ranking 14th place overall. The car was built like that of Zakspeed driven by Dick Jonhson who was a friend of PinePac Racing owners Anderson Brothers. The Mustang is powered by a big 5.0-litre V8 engine with a single carburettor and the gearbox is a Getrag.

Ho avuto il piacere di filmare questa potente Ford Mustang GT Gr.A PinePac del 1984 in gara nella categoria Heritage Touring Cup durante l'edizione 2018 di Imola Classic by Peter Auto presso l'Autodromo di Imola. Ringrazio il team French Speed Connection che mi hanno fornito il loro onboard che mi è servito per completare il video con le scene esterne. La vettura, ex ufficiale, ha corso la Burthust 1000 nel 1985. Ha gareggiato inoltre nei campionati Australian Touring Car Championship (ATCC) e NZTCC Touring car racing nel 1985 e 1986. Ha preso parte ad una gara del WTCC a Wellington nel 1987 classificandosi al 14° posto. la vettura è stata costruita come quella della Zakspeed di Dick Jonhson che era un'amico dei proprietari Anderson Brothers della PinePac Racing. La vettura è mossa dal grosso motore da 5.0 Litri V8 aspirato con un singolo carburatore ed il cambio è un Getrag.
