AAPG IFP School SC Webinar Series - Equinor EOR Experience. Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) Field Examples with Maria Clara Costa (Equinor)
Summary of the presentation.
Fundamental changes happening in our industry – and faster than ever before. Equinor is actively shaping our portfolio to deliver high value with a low carbon footprint. The work we do on developing EOR and operating mature fields comes from more than 40 years of collaboration and integration in the Norwegian Continental Shelf, looking for new solutions and developing new technologies, which will be the focus for this presentation.
Summary of presenter's career.
Maria Clara Costa has 20+ years of experience, being the last 8 years spent on leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality work in oil and gas development. She currently heads the subsurface work from Equinor in the Roncador partnership with Petrobras, and is responsible for the strategy of Increased Oil Recovery (IOR) for all the assets that Equinor has in Brazil. Maria Clara has previously been with BG Group and Schlumberger, when she worked onsite of Petrobras International.
