Greeting you at the entrance is the ocean pearl stone wall, and the level of craft add a unique quality to the facade, giving each exterior components character and visual interest.

LED strip light creates the floating structure of the stairs creates a delightful scene, leading with the floating concrete stepping stone intervals with Mexican polished black pebble, creating a bold color and texture contrast. The clam blue light plays with the water flow and reflecting the fire pit on the rear patio.

Entering the home, the use of hardwood and natural stone throughout the home, gains a sense of warmth and coziness. A frameless glass waterfall staircase links the three floors together and provides opportunities for interesting play of light. The double height ceiling foyer gave the space the opportunity for crystal chandelier. As the light picks up intricate detailing of the crystal, add a layer of richness to the interior space and centres the internal architecture of the home.

The modern and neat kitchen design by Poliform redefines the kitchen/dining area. The purer white and bolder veining marble slab backsplash pop out from the shades of mat black cabinet panels. The mix of the beautiful marble and wood countertop island created a striking visual surprise in the kitchen. Golden accents bring a welcomed warmth and glow.
