Winter in southern Finland is starting slowly this year.
The first real snow fell during the day in the city of Porvoo, with a modest white layer of snow.
Overnight, temperatures dropped to a freezing -7°c, resulting in dense fog.
The fog and frost turned the trees into beautiful white ice.
Christmas is in the air and so are the decorations.
