In this video I show you how to make a deep smooth liquid dnb reese style bass, perfect for liquid dnb. This bass was inspired by Ain't No Love by Kove.
This sound uses one of my favourite tips - using serial filters with resonance, to boost frequencies before the second filter. This can let you create really rich sounds which sound thick and full in an interesting way.
This sound is largely just detuned saws with dual filtering, and the simplicity is why it sounds so smooth.
