The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has recently issued the 8th edition of the Singapore Transfer Pricing (TP) Guidelines, enhancing the TP compliance requirements, expanding guidance with respect to complex intercompany transactions, and introducing a pilot Simplified and Streamlined Approach (SSA) for qualifying transactions.
These new amendments have key implications from an overall TP documentation perspective, arm’s length principles and standards, and TP compliance risks for both Singapore constituent entities and the multinational enterprise (MNE) group as a whole as well.
In light of the above, PKF Singapore recently hosted a webinar on 21st January 2026 to discuss and explain the fundamentals of TP and the key updates/amendments made to the 8th edition of the Singapore TP Guidelines along with sharing the practical implications/takeaways for all companies.
