Reposing STL models is easy with this free tool

IMPORTANT: Blender 4.3 has changed the location of the brushes. This is now at the bottom of the screen and the brush is called Bend/Twist. Hope that helps.

While Blender can look complicated to use, its actually pretty easy using it to repose STL files you have downloaded.
