Farm update.
New additions, feeding time, and a whole lot of cabbage getting put to work. Then we finish it off with the ultimate leftover Christmas ham baguette using produce straight from the garden, topped with chilli flakes and hot honey.
We get into why you have to ease cows into new foods (even if they act like total snobs), how smart pigs actually are, and how we keep them cool when it’s absolutely cooking out there (around 37 degrees).
Then it’s garden harvest time and we build the baguette: baguette, pulled ham leftovers, lettuce, onions, chilli flakes, and a ridiculous drizzle of hot honey. Simple. Unreal.
