In this short video I share with a you a few movements that help activate muscles that help with Centering (being in contact with Oneself) and Grounding (connecting with the Earth) and Support (helping ourselves gain support) so that you can stay resourced in these difficult and stressful times.
Grounding: flexor hallucis longus (big toe muscle)
Centerering: Iliopsoas (flexion of hip)
Support: Flexor digiti minimi (pinky finger muscle)
