នុំចាក់ចាន់ស្លឹកតយដបនិងសណ្តែកបាយ Mung Bean Layer Cake w/ Pandan Flavoring Ingredients:
Green Layer:
Tapioca Flour: 1 bag (4 cups)/450g
Mung Bean Flour: 4 heaping tbsp./32g
Sugar: 1 cup/200g
Salt: 1/2 tsp./4g
Oil: 2 tbsp./27g
Liquid Pandan: 1/2 tsp.
Water: 4.25 cups/1000g
Mung Bean Layer:
Mung Bean: 1/2 bag (7 oz.)/200g, 1/2 cup/100g sugar +1/4 tsp./2g salt
Coconut Milk: 1/2 big can (19-20 oz.)/280g
Salt: 1/4 tsp./2g
Tapioca Flour: 1 cup/135g
Rice Flour: 1/2 cup/75g
Sugar: 1/2 cup/100g
Water: mix w/ coconut milk to make 2 cups/480g
*steam each layer for about 6 minutes
*last layer for 10 minutes
