lvl 61 Gnome mage solo trash farm in Slave Pens for XP. Kinda slow at first, before getting comfortable with the boss position and whatnot, also... trash lvl 50 gear, AH and quest greens.
This is a safer alternative than fighting them in the corridor before Mennu's room, especially if you're not a Gnome. It's also A LOT slower, obviously, as there's no usage of FlameStrike here.
The strategy is to front-load all spells quick, then cast nothing for at least 25-30 seconds in order to regen as much as possible in between pokes.
In better gear, like 5 piece T2, and Blade of Eternal Darkness from Princes in Maraudon, you get so much mana back from FlameStrike crits that it's much, much faster to kill in the corridor on the ledge.
