12th China Inbound-Outbound Forum

On September 12, during the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the 2025 “Beijing ‘Two Zones’ Development and China Inbound-Outbound Forum”—also known as the 12th China Inbound-Outbound Forum—was successfully held at the main venue of CIFTIS, Beijing Shougang Park. The event was hosted by the Beijing “Two Zones” Office (referring to the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening Up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone) and organized by the Center for China and Globalization (CCG).

Under the theme “Open Innovation for Sustainable Trade,” the forum brought together nearly 200 representatives from government ministries, the Beijing municipal government, international organizations, Chinese and foreign business associations, multinational corporations, and academia. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest trends in the development of Beijing’s “Two Zones” and the strategic pathways and institutional innovations driving the global expansion of Chinese enterprises.
