अजय, एक महत्वाकांक्षी युवक, एक अमीर लड़की के प्यार में पड़ जाता है और उसे लुभाने की कोशिश में अमीर होने का नाटक करता है। चीजें तब गड़बड़ाने लगती हैं जब एक अदालती मामला, एक नाराज पिता और एक असफल व्यावसायिक उद्यम उसकी राह में बाधा बन जाते हैं।

Ajay, an ambitious young man, falls for a rich girl and pretends to be rich in an attempt to woo her. Things start to go awry when a court case, an angry father and a failed business venture become his stumbling stones.
