Gordon Brown has insisted he is 'the right person' to lead the country as he reshuffles his Cabinet.
It comes on the day another member of the Cabinet, James Purnell, resigned as well as Europe minister Caroline Flint.
Six members of the Cabinet have now resigned this week.
All this after the local elections delivered the second biggest ever electoral swing against his party.
