Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Chicken fillet 280g
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Banana 1
-Cooking oil for Frying
Prepare Peppercorn Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 14-16
-Rosemary 1 twig
-Apple juice 1 Cup
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup (1 Chicken cube dissolve in ½ Cup of water)
-Cream 1 Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
Assembling:
-Steamed or boiled veggies
-Rocket Leaves
Directions:
-In a spice jar, add red chilli crushed, ginger powder, garlic powder, chicken powder, black pepper crushed, pink salt, paprika powder, cover & shake well.
-Pound chicken fillet with the help of a meat mallet or kitchen hammer.
-Sprinkle prepared spice mix on both sides & rub well.
-Now dip seasoned chicken fillet into whisked eggs then coat with all-purpose flour, & again dip into whisked eggs, & coat with breadcrumbs.
-Cut banana into half & dip into whisked eggs then coat with all-purpose flour, & again dip into whisked eggs, & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok, add cooking oil, heat it (160°C).
-Add coated chicken, fry on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until golden & crispy.
-In the same cooking oil, add coated banana, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Peppercorn Sauce:
-In a saucepan, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add garlic, fry until fragrant.
-Add onion, black peppercorns, rosemary, mix & cook on medium flame until onions are translucent.
-Add apple juice, chicken stock, mix well & bring it to a boil.
-Turn off flame, add cream & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed, pink salt mix well.
-Turn on flame, cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until desired consistency.
-Peppercorn sauce is ready! set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving platter, place fried chicken, pour prepared peppercorn sauce, add boiled or steamed veggies, rocket leaves & serve!

-Pound chicken fillet meat mallet ya kitchen hammer ki madad se.
-Sprinkle prepared spice mix dono sides par & achi tarah rub karein.
-Ab seasoned chicken fillet ko whisked eggs mein dip karein phir all-purpose flour se coat karein, & dobara whisked eggs mein dip karein, & breadcrumbs se coat karein.
-Banana ko half mein cut karein & whisked eggs mein dip karein phir all-purpose flour se coat karein, & dobara whisked eggs mein dip karein, & breadcrumbs se coat karein.
-Ek wok mein cooking oil dalein, heat karein (160°C).
-Coated chicken add karein, medium flame par 7-8 minutes tak fry karein ya jab tak golden & crispy ho jaye.
-Ussi cooking oil mein coated banana add karein, medium flame par fry karein jab tak golden & crispy ho jaye.
