EASY Keto Cornbread and Hush Puppies!

As the weather cools it's time for Cornbread and Hush Puppies. Both recipes are really easy to make and taste similar to the regular. Anyone for cornbread and chilli?

Cornbread: Serves 4
Hush Puppies: Serves 12

Nutritional Information for the Whole Recipe:
Cal: 1679 Net Carbs: 1.1g Fiber: 25.7g Total Carbs: 26.8g Fat: 144g Protein: 71.5g

Divided by 4
Cal: 420 Net Carbs: 0.3g Fiber: 6.4g Total Carbs: 6.7g Fat: 36g Protein: 17.9g

Divided by 12
Cal: 140 Net Carbs: 0.13g Fiber: 2.1g Total Carbs: 2.23g Fat: 12g Protein: 5.96g

Ingredients:
180g/ 1 ½ cups CK Flour
15g/ 1 tbsp Baking Powder
5g/ 1 tsp Sweetener
3g/ ½ tsp Salt
56g/ 4 tbsp Softened Butter
45g/ ¼ cup Olive Oil
2 Eggs
55g/ ¼ cup Water (only for Cornbread)
50g/ ¼ cup Heavy Cream
3g/ 1 tsp Corn Extract
Optional: you can use a little grated baby corn to get that corn bread texture
