The Sindh Assembly members of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan, expressing concern over the deteriorating condition of the roads in Karachi, said in a statement issued from the Bahadurabad headquarters that the dilapidated and broken roads are lamenting the condition of the city and the intentions of the occupying mayor. The city leader is presenting a view of ruins, due to which the journey of moments has turned into hours and daily accidents have become the destiny of the citizens. Why does the occupying mayor, who is oblivious to the plight of the city, not take immediate and effective steps to remove the problems of the people? The right-wing members of the Sindh Assembly said that in some places, such a drum is being beaten as if water has been found on Mars, these factors have made the life of the people unbearable and have made them reluctant to participate in the political process. MQM members of the provincial assembly further said that the usurper mayors who are crying for power on 106 roads should prove the proper use of public money instead of showing their poverty. Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan members of the assembly have strongly reacted to the new system of heavy fines and demerit points imposed by the Sindh government for violation of traffic rules, calling it an open abuse of the people of Karachi and a manifestation of the government's incompetence and corruption. They said that due to the biased policy, incompetence and corruption of the PPP, the entire province is suffering from the worst civic facilities.
