Mount Abraham is one of Vermont's 4,000 ft. peaks. I hiked up the mountain via Lincoln Gap. The hike is about 5 miles in length with around 1,750 ft. of elevation gain. The summit has great views of the surrounding Green Mountains, the Adirondacks and the Champlain Valley.
