At just 20 days old, our American Staffordshire Terrier puppies are full of energy and determination. In this intimate 2-minute clip, Kaia steps into the whelping box as her little ones scramble and compete for their chance to nurse. As Kaia settles into her bed, the puppies feed with intensity—each one fighting for position in a way that’s both adorable and a reminder of their growing strength. But motherhood is not always easy. Later that same day, Kaia began showing signs of mastitis again. We took immediate action, giving her prescribed medication and soothing the affected area naturally with a cooled cabbage leaf.
