At just 20 days old, our American Staffordshire Terrier puppies are full of energy and determination. In this intimate 2-minute clip, Kaia steps into the whelping box as her little ones scramble and compete for their chance to nurse. Later that same day, Kaia began showing signs of mastitis again. We took immediate action, giving her prescribed medication and soothing the affected area naturally with a cooled cabbage leaf.
