Let’s see how far you can get! Get ready for an action packed Capoeira Workout - 300 Capoeira Kicks.
Be sure to be hydrated and nourished before you go through this practice. This one is meant to push you to your limit but not to hurt you, so be sure to listen to your body and pace yourself. If you can’t follow the pace, just slow it down and switch to the next kick as the video progresses. Maybe you do just 10 kicks per set as opposed to 20 - that’s okay.
