Couple of pauses in the video as it was a really long run! If you decide to the this run be extremely careful of the "void" as if you are knocked out of bounds in the graveyard boss room you are not teleported back!

Build (Evasion Graveyard):
Weapons:
Dex (I opted for 3 weapons to increase the odds of luck / exp rolls early game and then evasion rolls for late game)

Toggles:
Green: Key, Doll
Blue: Echo
Epics: Slutty Cannon (Its damage is based on what killed the target - Dolls and executes from Dex), Bob's Light (Generally pretty good for these longer runs)
Legendries: Magnet, Wizards hat, Anvil

Banishes:
Power gloves, Meatball (after 1x), Ice cube (after 1x), Fork, Bonk (after 1x), Magnet (after 1x) Wizards hat (I didnt banish it in this run but generally you should if you want to go "fully" infinite"

Strategy:
Bald head shrines on graveyard (2x evasion shrines) allows you to reach as high as 99.96 to 99.98% evasion or so. The strategy can be done on any character not just ninja it seems!
