I was expecting to be hungry, and quite isolated, and worried, and concerned about fasting. But now that I have been here for a week, I feel totally different.
I have made some great friends, and the experience isn't nearly as terrifying as you might think.
It is actually quite enlightening. I feel happy - verging on euphoric.
I couldn't recommend it enough.
I have done detoxes before, but Sura is just brilliant - they know what they're doing, they hold you in safe space, and endlessly encourage you, and it is about as non-judgemental as you can get.
I'll be coming back for sure.
