A young couple, Nora and Will, book a getaway at a remote country house via an app to escape their stressful lives. Upon arrival, they discover the house is already occupied by Fred, a strange and solitary man. Believing it's a simple double-booking, the three reluctantly agree to share the space. However, as the night goes on, the couple realizes that Fred is dangerously unstable, and the mundane mix-up is turning into a claustrophobic and terrifying fight for survival.
