Whether you call them trains, trenes, treana, ਟ੍ਰੇਨ, रेल गाडी, Zug, Voz, or 培養, they are fun to watch. Check out our other videos on the channel. Lots of trains, but also dolphins, airshows, construction, even a couple of ads for my company's health insurance.

The trains in this video include side-by-side action. GoPro under them and iPhone next to them. It is amazing how scary it is when you stand this close to the train when it goes by at 70-80 mph (115-130kph). It's on a track from which it cannot veer, yet it is still scary and I'm not one to be afraid of much. (I've been known to wrestle a fishing lure from an alligator).
There are also some night trains in here. I cut out a bunch of the pure darkness. Note, if the train appears to be coming at you slowly, wait a second. They are going faster than they appear and will be running over the camera soon.
At no time was I in danger of being run over by the trains. I filmed myself way before they showed up. I also use the Amtrak tracker app to see where they are. It only updates about every 5-10 minutes, so when I can see that it has left the station, I stop running down the tracks. Once, I filmed myself sitting up and laying down before it came, and a couple of sheriff's deputies stopped to see what was up. They just wanted to make sure I wasn't trying to kill myself using a train. I'll bet that is an extremely painful way to go. Not me. I try to be very careful in spite of the fact that they have a completely set path in which they can travel and that there is a schedule for some of them. When there is no schedule (like for the freight trains) we are on high alert. Listening for horns, watching light signals, and even trying to work out patterns on a spreadsheet.
