Marshawn Kneeland, defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys, has died at the age of 24, days after scoring a touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals on Monday Night Football. The team confirmed he died early Thursday, and local police say the tragedy is the result of a police pursuit. They say Marshawn evaded officers and shot himself during their search. The news comes less than two years after the death of Marshawn's mom, Wendy. She died suddenly as he was training for the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine and only months before he was drafted in the second round by Dallas.
