SECURE ACT 2.0 and the SNT

On July 30, the topic is The SECURE Act 2.0 with Peter J Wall, Director of Fiduciary Services at True Link Financial Advisors and Stephen W. Dale. They will illustrate how families and trustees can best plan for their retirement assets and administer IRAs in conjunction with SNTs. Thanks to unique provisions for people with disabilities created by the SECURE Act 2.0, families now have an amazing opportunity to leave their IRAs to Special Needs Trusts (SNTs) for family members with disabilities, potentially extending the longevity of trust resources and avoiding onerous tax consequences.
