Lights On - North Wales Bouldering

Climbing in the UK seems not quite desirable because of the weather reputation in the first place. However, looking at the given potential not just in the worlds famous Peak District but in North Wales opens a lot of opportunities for climbers. Especially, North Wales offers a considerable variation of repeating world class and ultra classic boulders or routes as well as the freedom to search for a new high-quality rock to do some first ascents. Well, the first boulder in the video (Nazgul's Traverse 7C in Rhiw Goch) is not the perfect example of mentioning that the conditions are not as adverse as may be thought. But, conditions usually do not follow their reputation (at least most of the time). The second boulder (Roof of a Baby Buddha 7C+ hidden in the Maesnewyddion woods) which is surely a great and classic north Wales test piece is probably a must do in the area. The 3rd location is the Parisellas cave which is pretty much the alternative to the wall on rainy days.

Actually, the three boulders in the video are well known and classic boulders. In the following videos, the intention to show more unknown content is pursued.
