A tripreport of a Ryanair flight from Manchester to Hamburg.
This was part of a bigger trip to Alicante, flying with Ryanair, Eurowings, Vueling and Blue Air. There was a direct flight to Alicante but flying into a stormy Hamburg was obviously much more appealing to me!
Our route took us over East Anglia and then over the English Channel before a northerly turn to fly towards Hamburg. The wind at Hamburg was forecast to gust up to 40kts that day, which caused our go-around on our first landing attempt!
