Crab Stuffed Shrimp Recipe - Baked Stuffed Shrimp with Lemon-Butter Cream Sauce

Ingredients for Stuffing: Revised for 25 Shrimp
25 shrimp (16-19)
8 oz. blue crab meat
3 Cups of crumbled Ritz Crackers
½ chopped Parsley
1 tbsp. Garlic (chopped)
½ cup chopped yellow onion
½ cup of chopped celery
1/2 stick of Butter
1 cup of white wine
½ teaspoon Tarragon
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste

Lemon Butter Cream:
16 oz. of heavy whipping cream
½ stick of butter
½ lemon
¼ cup of Green onion
¼ cup of Yellow onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
