It’s the Pumpkin season, and I love to try out new pumpkin recipes. This creamy Pumpkin Pasta Bake is cheesy and delicious! It's easy to make, super healthy, and contains only a few simple ingredients. I have baked the pasta in a Pumpkin so it is even delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients
To make 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 ¼ cups pumpkin or squash, chopped
2 tablespoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon salt (not for babies)
1 teaspoon pepper (not for babies)
2 ½ Pasta
Sauce
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups milk
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt (not for babies)
2 cups cheddar cheese
For topping
½ cup cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
