The island of Rab is considered the island with the most hours of sunshine per year in Croatia. The countless bays with their crystal clear water attract many tourists from all over the world every year. Some of the bays are accessible by car, some only on foot or by boat.
In recent years, there has also been a lot of development in terms of hiking on the island. Hiking trails have been opened up and a small but fine network of hiking trails has been developed. Hiking has since attracted tourists outside the high season, such as in the wonderful spring, as well as in autumn with its great sunlight.
As you can see, Rab is not only worth a visit in high summer. We recommend the many private accommodations, most of which offer modernly furnished apartments, such as the following guesthouse in the Barbat district.
