Here are the rules of a Nuzlocke:
Fainting = Death/Release/Perma-Box
Can only catch one "A" Pokémon per Route (Species Clause)
Must Nickname Pokémon
Additional Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
No items in battle (held items only)
No leveling past the next gym leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
Play on "Set" battle mode
