Have been freeze branding my heifers for about 5 years. I am just now starting to have success. We are using Dry Ice and 99% Isopropyl Alcohol in a cooler. Brass 4" Irons. This year we kept the iron on for 2 min. and 10 sec. last year we did 2 min. In the past we have tried liquid nitrogen with poor results.
