For my Lumbar Spine Disc Bulge and after stretches - the next stage was doing low level core and glute exercises.
These were so effective in reducing the muscle pain and spasm into the lower back and hips and get me through each day.
Although the mobility is a must-do, these had a longer lasting analgesic effect that stretches.
Doing the low level muscle exercise coupled with the mobility exercises is a great combination in the first few weeks following a disc injury.
1. Knee Floats
2. Bird Dog
3. Fall Outs
4. Clams
5. Glute Bridges
