This follow-along mobility routine is created by a certified trainer and strength coach Jack Hanrahan (‪@jackhanrahanfitness‬). Mobility workouts are great little self-care routines to mobilize joints, get rid of stiffness and muscle aches, and generally get your body feeling good.
