What is the BEST Dungeon Exotic?

Today we look at all of our dungeon exotics. These weapons are some of the coolest and most sought after exotics in the entire game. And with Rite of The Nine coming up in just a few short days, I wanted to figure out which dungeon exotic is truly the best. So I did that, looking at all their effectiveness in the PVE endgame across multiple sandboxes to give us an answer.
